Vardar is comfortable when playing against Rhein-Neckar in Germany. We again played as a team, with minor faults, which were unnoticeable. When needed, we would accelerate in attack and close all accesses to our goal. Dejan Milosavljev saved 10 shots and many of our players were cheerful in attack. When the opponent would stop Karachic, Kristopans would score, but they could not stop Stoilov on the 6-meter line.
The coach Parrondo had excellent tactics. The opponent could not surprise us. We had a solution for their every move and our players were cheerful. We easily scored and accessed the opponent's goal. Exactly this type of game made the host coach to call for the 1st timeout in the 19th minute. He could not "break" our game and disturb our rhythm. We were 7 goals ahead (16:9), but we decreased our pace and went on a break with a lead of 4 goals (16:12).
Three players scored 19 goals together (Stoilov, Dibirov and Karachic). We maintained our pace in the 2nd half and reached a lead of 27:20. As time went by, we kept the goal-difference.
In the finish, Rhein-Neckar reduced our lead to 3 goals, and we won with 30:27.
