Vardar Junior won and Vardar’s youth lost

Vardar Junior defeated Prilep 2010 within the youth category, while Vardar's cadets that compete in the youth category, as well as Vardar's pioneers, were outplayed by older and more experienced players.

Vardar Junior – Prilep 2010 43:26 (22:12) – youth league
The players of Pepi Manaskov and Stojan Petrushevski won the home match against Prilep within the 9th round that was played in SC Jane Sandanski with 43:26 (22:12). Alen Kjosevski scored 20 goals and was the best scorer in this match, and he also was the strongest weapon in the battle for a 2-digit goal-difference. Both teams were equal at the beginning, but after the last draw of 6:6, Vardar Junior took over the initiative and reached a double lead of 12:6. We were unreachable for the opponent until the end of the match. We left on a break with a lead of 10 goals (22:12), which was a big motivation for achieving a bigger lead in the 2nd half. This was the 6th victory for Vardar Junior in the youth championship and they hold the 3rd place in the 2nd group. We will play against Eurofarm Rabotnik in the next 10th round.

Ohrid 2013 – Vardar 34:23 (16:9) – youth league
Our 2nd team that plays in the youth category is comprised of the cadets trained by Andrijana Budimir and Aco Stankovski. This team was a guest of Ohrid 2013 – the 1st ranked team in the 1st group. Our team lost from the host won with 34:23, but Ohrid 2010 has 5 players that compete within the Super League. The host imposed its game at the beginning, but we also had a favourite – Bojan Chakalic, who scored 12 goals and was the best scorer in this match.
