Vardar kept the 2nd place in group A within the Champions' League by defeating Rhein-Neckar in Germany with 30:27. The victory of the red-black team was noticed by the EHFTV and when all 11th round matches were ended one of Vardar's players got a place in the Best-7 of the round.
Timur Dibirov scored 7/9 goals and was part of the Best 7 of the 11th round. The Russian player guided the team toward their 7th victory this season and now Vardar remain in the race for the 2nd place, although they have a chance to end up first.
Three rounds to the end of the group phase, Vardar is 2nd with 15 points, or 3 less than the leader Barcelona, and one more than Veszprem and Kielce.
